Sarah is a driven HR professional with a passion for making positive impact and a special interest in assessment and development.

Through international experience, she has developed a strong background in consulting across many sectors and industries, building and leveraging meaningful relationships with her clients to deliver impactful solutions. She particularly enjoys working on engagements with clients where she is able to see the impact of her work on the people and the broader organisation.

Sarah has recently lead projects such as a Global Capability Framework design and implementation, National Assessment and Technology redesign and implementation, Graduate/Intern Recruitment and Assessment design, Bulk Recruitment Campaign Management, Training Development and Delivery, Emerging Talent Success Profile design (followed by an assessment and process design based on the outcomes), Capability Assessments, Development Programmes and Psychometric and Assessment interpretation and feedback.

Sarah Walsh is an avid explorer who loves spending her time outdoors, discovering new places and embracing the beauty of nature. Her adventurous spirit is perfectly complemented by her favorite holiday destination, France, where she enjoys the rich culture and stunning landscapes. When it comes to entertainment, Sarah has a penchant for the sci-fi thriller "Looper," a film that never fails to captivate her.

Musically, she enjoys a diverse mix of artists, including Dope Lemon, Nightmares on Wax, and The XX, each providing a unique soundtrack to her adventures. Sarah's culinary tastes are delightfully simple yet satisfying, with pizza being her go-to favourite food, embodying her love for both classic and comforting flavours.
