I believe that employee engagement is the main driver to success in the workplace. I cultivate with you, your vision for the future and enjoy creating an impact.
I am a Senior HR Business Partner with over 20+ years’ experience across the complete employee lifecycle in both private and public sectors.
My experience has seen me work across multi-jurisdictions in Australia and New Zealand and more widely across APAC. I have enjoyed specialising in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering and implementing best practice technology and processes to improve efficiencies and capabilities.
I am the quintessential HR Generalist, and my passion lies in Employee Engagement, Wellness, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Workforce Planning, and Rewards and Recognition programs. I am a compliance advocate and am hands-on advising and guiding my stakeholders with an authentic approach. Fairness and honest conversations coupled with empathy (which I believe is a pre-requisite of being an impactful HR Consultant) is what drives me to deliver exceptional outcomes.
I have an innate ability to walk in the shoes of others, share learnings to improve situations and make a positive difference for the future.
I am wired to help others succeed and welcome a chat over a coffee at any time. I also happen love a game of golf if you are up for that!
Outside of work, I find joy in both relaxing and adventurous pursuits. My favourite holiday destination is the picturesque Amalfi Coast, perfect for unwinding, though I equally love hitting the slopes at any top-notch ski resort. My go-to hobbies include golfing and skiing, and an old favourite movie that never loses its charm for me is "The Sound of Music," with its timeless songs that I absolutely adore.
When it comes to music, I'm a fan of Bon Jovi and Rod Stewart, especially appreciating Stewart’s husky voice. Culinary delights are another passion, and I particularly enjoy Japanese cuisine, with Sakura Restaurant in North Sydney being a beloved spot.
