Meet Melissa Martin
Melissa is a results driven human resources leader energised to help organisations realise the true value of what a strategic people strategy can bring to the organisation. She is courageous and inspires teams, for the design and delivery of HR programs that deliver first class results. She is commercially astute and capable of balancing between what is right for the people and what is needed for the organisation to succeed.
Melissa has held various commercial and HR Director level positions with
global Recruitment and HR Outsourcing firms. In addition to her HR expertise Melissa has managed throughout the Asia Pacific region functions such as:
- Strategic Projects to drive company innovation and growth
- Centralised Delivery Teams - Shared Service functions for Administration, Quality and Payroll
- Service Operations including IT, Quality Assurance, Client Implementation & Engagement
Outside of work, Melissa is fuelled by her passions for fitness and basks in the radiant glow of the sun, making any sunny destination her favourite holiday spot. With a penchant for classic cinema, she finds solace in the timeless romance of "Gone with the Wind." U2's melodies resonate deeply within her, providing the soundtrack to her adventures.
Melissa's culinary cravings lean towards the exotic flavours of Asian fusion cuisine, tantalizing her taste buds with a harmonious blend of spices and textures. In these cherished pursuits, she discovers the essence of joy and fulfillment.
